ABOUT THIS COFFEE
Grown high in Popayán, Cauca,between 1,800 and 2,100 meters, this washed Colombia is anything but ordinary. Milk chocolate and toasted nougat meet a bright, citrusy lemon & lime finish, with almond rounding out the middle. Cafecauca has been rooted in this community since 1961, supporting smallholder farmers and empowering women through shade-grown, sustainable practices.
