Citrus, berry and milk chocolate notes, paired with a medium body and complex acidity make for a cup you'll want to linger over.
ABOUT THIS COFFEE
This is a blend of coffees, carefully selected from various smallholders, estates and cooperative groups across northern Tanzania. These coffees were grown in regions around national parks and along the ridges of Africa's highest mountain.
Along Tanzania's border with Kenya, the Arusha region is northwest of the Kilimanjaro region, between Serengeti National Park and Mount Kilimanjaro National Park. Karatu is 90 miles west of Arusha, toward the stunning Ngorongoro Crater and Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
These northern regions of Tanzania are best known as being home to some of the world's most incredible wildlife and famous Maasai tribe. But they're also home to some of the earliest-planted coffee trees in Tanzania and some of the best coffees the counter has to offer.
