Grown high in Popayán, Cauca, between 1,800 and 2,100 meters, this washed Colombia is anything but ordinary. Milk chocolate and toasted nougat lead, almond rounds out the middle, and a bright lemon and lime finish keeps every sip lively. It comes from Cafecauca, which has been rooted in this community since 1961, supporting smallholder farmers and empowering women through shade-grown, sustainable practices.
